Tenancy Set up
£200 including VAT
If you've already got a tenant but you want to ensure a seamless tenancy setup. Our new service is designed just for that purpose. We take care of all the necessary pre-tenancy documentation and legal requirements. This includes drafting comprehensive tenancy agreements that protect your interests, ensuring legal compliance, managing deposits in accordance with regulations, and handling tenant communication.

Tenant referencing

If you need us to complete only tenant or guarantor reference checks, we can do that in additional to our stand alone tenancy set up service. We use a professional referencing agency to assess a tenant's financial stability, rental history, and creditworthiness. We also extend our scrutiny to guarantors, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria to safeguard your rental income.
